Stucco Vintage G300 is used for application on commercial floors and walls such as offices, restaurants, coffee shops, mosque, villa flooring, shops, and department stores. It can be used on Internal and external areas with normal foot traffic.
Surface Preparation:
Concrete floors / walls should be fully cured for 3-4 weeks. Ensure that all dust, dirt, and foreign matter are scraped and brushed away. All cracks, chips, voids, and damages should be repaired first. Ensure that surface is leveled.

Apply a coat of P Primer Clear or Terrabond A solution (1:5) prior to application of Stucco Vintage smooth. On extremely absorbent porous surfaces or under extreme climatic conditions, apply 2 or 3 coats of primer.
Mixing:
Add powder to resin and mix using a drill agitator for 3 minutes until lump-free. Completely mix the full kit (10 kg powder and 5 kg resin) to form a self-leveling consistency, or mix specified powder-resin ratio (approximately 36-38% resin) to achieve a trowel applied consistency. Mixed material should be used within 15 to 20 minutes of mixing.
Application:
Stucco Vintage G300 is poured onto surface and spread with a smoothing trowel or spreader to the required thickness. Various patterns can be achieved using various application tools and method. Top coating should be applied after 48-72 hours.
For trowel application, Stucco Vintage G300 is applied in 2 coats with steel trowel. Apply first coat of 1.5-2.0 mm, allow to dry for 6-8 hours, and sand the surface with 400-600 grit fine sandpaper.
