Sprayplaster is a range of ready-mixed and polymer modified cementitious, spray applied plasters. Sprayplaster has been applied on millions of square metres of walls and ceilings around the globe every year. These are long-life products with guaranteed performance.

Designed for thin coat application, Sprayplaster significantly reduce the deadweight of buildings – 10mm of Sprayplaster will weigh approximately 18 kg/m² while a traditional plaster, applied at the typical minimum thickness of 15mm, will weigh approximately 33 kg/m². A weight reduction of 45%!

Terraco Sprayplaster Finishcoat is an acrylic based, low VOC, ready to use compound of inert filler materials, for use on all common types of interior building surfaces. It gives a high quality, even surface for painting or other finishes.

Terraco Sprayplaster Finishcoat is suitable for both precast and conventional buildings. It can be applied to either new or old solid surfaces of pre-cast or fair-faced concrete, sand/cement render, fair-faced and leveled brickwork, gypsum board, etc. It is also used as a finish coat for Sprayplaster Basecoat/Basecoat DP.

When used for finishing ceilings, the final coat may be left spray textured, in which case no further decoration is required.

The finished Sprayplaster surface does not require priming before painting.

For use in all areas requiring up to 2mm coat thickness. When used for finishing ceilings, the final coat may be left spray textured, in which case no further decoration is required.

TERRACO Sprayplaster Finishcoat is suitable for both pre-cast and conventional buildings. It can be applied directly to either new or old solid surfaces of pre-cast or fairfaced concrete, sand/cement render and gypsum board surfaces.

Uygulama

Surface Preparation:

Ensure that dust, dirt and foreign matter are brushed away. Ridges and form oil must also be removed

Application:

Terraco Sprayplaster Finishcoat is applied over Terraco Sprayplaster Basecoat by spray or trowel. If dilution is required use 2-3% clean water. Apply 2 coats of Terraco Sprayplaster Finishcoat and level with a steel-edged spatula. The total thickness of Terraco Sprayplaster Finishcoat should not exceed 3 mm. Allow approx. 6-8 hours drying time between coats.

Clean tools and equipment with water after use.
