Silshine Metallic is a premium quality, mid-sheen, exterior masonry decorative topcoat finish based on acrylic and silicone polymers and pearlescent pigments, which provide a unique metallic lustre finish. In line with Terraco’s philosophy on building Green, this eco-friendly waterbased product, used as part of any of the Terraco EIFS Systems contributes to sustainable building practices, and in particular energy efficiency in buildings, which has become a key benchmark of a successful building design.

Areas Of Use

Terraco Silshine Metallic is used as a metallic lustre topcoat on exterior masonry paint where high performance is required. Terraco Silshine Metallic is used as a top coating system for textured surfaces to minimise the dirt pick up problems normally associated with open pore textures.

Terraco Silshine Metallic is used to create a modern metallic lustre finish.

Application Method

Application and cleaning of tools:
Silshine Metallic is applied by roller or spray in two coats directly onto a Terracoat or Terrashield appplied substrate. Two coats is normally sufficient to give the desired effect.

Clean tools and equipment with water after use
