Product Overview

Terraco Maxispray FC is an acrylic-based, ready-mixed, polymer modified, skimming compound for use on
concrete substrates to level the surface up to 2mm thickness. It gives a high quality, even surface for painting or
other finishes. It eliminates the need for further fillers and primers prior to painting.

Terraco Maxispray FC is suitable for both precast and conventional buildings. It can be applied to either new or old solid surfaces of precast or fair-faced concrete, sand/cement render, fair-faced and leveled brickwork, etc.

It is also used as a finishing coat for Terraco Sprayplaster Basecoat or Terraco Sprayplaster Basecoat DP. For ceiling application, the final coat of Maxispray FC can be left spray textured, without further decoration.

The finished Maxispray surface does not require priming before painting.

Areas Of Use

For use on all non-wet interior areas requiring up to 2mm thickness. Terraco Maxispray FC is suitable for both precast and conventional buildings.

It can be applied to either new or old solid surfaces of precast or fair-faced concrete, sand/cement render, fairfaced
and leveled brickwork, etc.

It is also used a Finishcoat for Terraco Sprayplaster Basecoat or Terraco Sprayplaster basecoat DP.

Application Method

Surface Preparation:

Ensure that dust, dirt and foreign matter are brushed away. Ridges and form oil must also be removed

Application:

Terraco Maxispray FC is applied over Terraco Sprayplaster Basecoat by spray or trowel. If dilution is required use 2-3% clean water. Apply 2 coats of Terraco Maxispray FC at maximum 1.3mm thickness per coat and level with a steel-edged spatula.  Allow approx. 6-8 hours drying time between coats.
