A colourful decorative granular finish available in two marble grain sizes tinted to almost any colour. This product while typically trowel applied, can also be spray applied. When trowel applied, this flat textured coating using consistently graded aggregate, creates a seamless finish. This product is ideally suited to accent features, and when applied in horizontal bands it creates an elegant entrance to any office or hotel lobby.

Areas Of Use
While suitable for exterior and interior application, this product has been developed to withstand extreme climatic conditions such as hot desert climates and extreme cold climates.
Suitable for all types of cementitious rendered surfaces, cement fibre boards, Sprayplaster, off-shutter concrete, as well as gypsum dry walls and chipboard.
This product is suited to creating modern as well as traditional looks and has been used on most types of buildings and homes.
Applied by spray or steel trowel and finished with a plastic trowel. Grades: 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm.

Application Method
Prepare substrate by removing all loose and friable matter. Stop and fill where necessary. Ensure that the
surface is clean, dry and sound.
New Work
Roller apply one coat of Terraco P Primer Textured and allow to cure. Apply Terraco Terracoat Pro Granule /
Terracoat Ultra Granule / Terracoat Flex Granule (select required performance option*) 1.0mm / 1.5mm /2.0mm
(select grain size) to colour and texture as per approved architectural sample.
Redecoration
Protect all adjacent areas not to be covered. All cracks, chips, voids and damages should be repaired with an
appropriate filler. Prepare by removing all loose and flaking paint, grease, dirt and grime. Spot prime exposed
areas appropriately. Proceed as for new work.
